I recommend to download it on the PC because you got more things to do on it.You have new mobs like horses,baby zombies,wither,etc.Also you can ride pigs and horses.
I think you shouldn't buy it on the PE because you got less things to do,there is no bosses,you don't have a lot of blocks but the PC version dose and you can't place down redstone.
So i personally think to download it on the PC.
But it is up to you chose any.
